Black Girls Workout 2 Kicking Off Another 21-Day «Snatch It Back» Challenge, It starts in April 11.

Check out the rules of the 21 day challenge below:

  • ALL PARTICIPANTS MUST CHANCE THEIR PROFILE PHOTO TO THE “UNDER CONSTRUCTION” GRAPHIC AND KEEP IT UP DURING THE ENTIRE CHALLENGE.
  • ALL PARTICIPANTS MUST WRITE DOWN THEIR STARTING WEIGHT AND TAKE A FRONTAL AND PROFILE BODY SHOT ON DAY ONE OF THE CHALLENGE.
  • ALL PARTICIPANTS MUST ATTEMPT TO COMPLETE AT LEAST 4 CHAPTERS OF THEIR DVD EVERY DAY FOR THE ENTIRE CHALLENGE.
  • ALL PARTICIPANTS MUST FOLLOW THE FIRST 21 DAYS OF THE MEAL PLAN.
  • ALL PARTICIPANTS MUST INSTAGRAM OR TWEET AT LEAST ONE PHOTO PER DAY OF THEIR MEAL DURING THE 21 DAY CHALLENGE.
  • NO FULL BODY PHOTOS CAN BE POSTED OF ANY PARTICIPANT UNTIL THE DAY AFTER THE 21 DAY CHALLENGE ENDS. THIS WILL BE OUR BIG !

Day 11 of Black Girls Workout Too 21 day Snatch It Back fitness challenge with only 10 more days to go and Toya Wright is snatching it back honey.  Mrs. Toya has always had a nice shape as far as I can see, but not everyone is born with genes that keeps them small, some of us have the tendency to gain weight if we don’t keep regular physical activity in our lives.  Staying fit isn’t easy but it’s worth it.  You are worth it. Kudos to Toya for her results thus far and making it through the first 11 days.  For those of you on this fitness quest…..10 days left. Can’t wait to see more results. #snatchitback #blackgirlsworkouttoo.
